1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cj99 platform, including the website available at cj99.club, all associated services, games, sports betting markets, payment processing, bonus programmes, and customer support (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and cj99 (the "Operator"). By accessing the Platform, creating a Player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. cj99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility

To open a Player account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. cj99 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension or closure.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and cj99 has a zero-tolerance policy on this matter.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or organisation.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of cj99, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from cj99 through a self-exclusion request or a Platform-initiated ban that remains active at the time of registration.

cj99 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any stage of a Player's account lifecycle, including at the point of account opening, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any time at the Operator's discretion. Players who fail to satisfy verification requirements will have their accounts restricted until satisfactory documentation is provided.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of Platform services, you must register a single Player account. Registration is free of charge and requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number. You may hold only one account on cj99 at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited. Your Responsibilities Regarding Account Information

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. cj99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify cj99 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or if your login credentials are lost, stolen, or compromised.
• Account sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited. All activity on your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

cj99 is required to verify the identity of its players. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. To complete KYC, you will be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate), proof of your registered mobile phone number, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Documents must be clear, legible, and current. cj99 may request additional documentation at its discretion.

cj99 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while KYC verification is being processed. This hold will be lifted as soon as the verification review is complete and satisfactory. The typical KYC review time is between two and 24 hours depending on document clarity and volume of pending reviews. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively after their first deposit so that the first withdrawal can be processed without delay.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

cj99 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by cj99, though your mobile wallet or bank may impose daily transfer limits. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cj99 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.

• Deposits are credited to your cj99 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your wallet within ten minutes of transfer, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Funds deposited into your cj99 account may only be used for the purposes of participating in the games and betting markets offered on the Platform. Deposited funds are not interest-bearing.
• cj99 reserves the right to reverse or decline any deposit that it believes to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits from payment methods not matching your registered identity will be returned and your account may be suspended.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no cj99-imposed fee on withdrawals. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: within 15 minutes of approval for verified accounts during normal operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Rocket and Upay: within 30 minutes of approval during normal operational hours.
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank): within one to three business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• cj99 may delay the processing of a withdrawal request pending additional verification, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, where the account has not previously completed a withdrawal, or where there is a pending investigation into account activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

cj99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, which are published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus are prohibited.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game titles and expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired free spins are forfeited without compensation.
• cj99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been credited but before the wagering requirement is met, cj99 will remove the uncompleted bonus balance without liability to the Player.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and carry no monetary value outside the Platform. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash directly — they must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirement.

cj99 will not honour bonus claims where there is reasonable evidence that a Player has abused the bonus system, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting an error in bonus terms, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to generate consistent mathematical returns rather than genuine play.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on the cj99 Platform is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. cj99 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All game outcomes on the cj99 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game studios. cj99 does not develop or operate game software directly. The studios whose games appear on the Platform include Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Play'n GO, Spribe, Ezugi, JILI, and Spadegaming, among others. Each studio maintains its own RNG certification, which is available from the studio's published documentation.

• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that causes a game round to be interrupted or settled incorrectly, cj99 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account.
• In sports betting, all markets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). cj99 will use its reasonable endeavours to settle markets promptly after results are confirmed.
• Live in-play betting markets close automatically at certain trigger points during a match (e.g., at the fall of a wicket, at the start of an over, or during a timeout). Bets placed before a market closes are accepted; bets submitted at the exact moment of market closure may be voided at the Operator's discretion.
• Odds quoted on the Platform at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet is accepted. cj99 reserves the right to correct any odds that are published in error ("palpable error"). In such cases, bets placed at erroneous odds may be voided or resettled at the correct odds at cj99's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cj99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances (including winnings and deposits), and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to manual users.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, bet outcomes, or the Platform's bonus or promotional systems.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity, or structuring deposits in a manner designed to circumvent anti-money laundering monitoring.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, circumventing self-exclusion, or any other purpose that involves deceiving cj99.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or Platform vulnerability to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown Platform error are not legitimate winnings and will be confiscated.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward cj99 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

cj99 maintains detailed logs of all Platform activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, cj99 will act decisively and without prior notice to protect the integrity of the Platform and its player base. Decisions made by cj99 in relation to prohibited conduct are final.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cj99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if cj99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. cj99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

cj99 collects and processes personal data about Players in order to operate the Platform, fulfil its legal obligations, and provide the services described in these Terms. The collection, storage, use, and sharing of personal data is governed by the cj99 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between you and cj99. 12. Amendments to These Terms

cj99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and cj99, Players are encouraged to contact the cj99 support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. cj99 aims to resolve all Player complaints within five business days of receipt.
